For clinics and virtual care groups

Send every patient home with eyes on the ear.

Your clinic stocks Remmie 4 kits. Families capture ear images at home, the moment symptoms show up. Your team reviews them over telehealth — no second waiting room, no guessing on the phone.

Clinic questions

Anything we have not covered, our partnerships team will answer in writing.

Ask the partnerships team Healthcare professional support
How is patient data handled?

Images and videos are held in HIPAA-compliant cloud storage, encrypted in transit and at rest. Families control who a capture is shared with; your clinic sees only what is sent to it. A business associate agreement and our security summary go out with the onboarding packet.

How do the images get into the chart?

Every capture produces a still and a short clip you can download or attach by link, plus live streaming during the visit itself. Most partners start by dropping the file into the encounter note — no integration work. If you want images written directly to the chart, we scope that with your IT team.

Is the visit billable?

Clinics generally bill the telehealth encounter as they normally would; the scope is a capture tool inside that visit, not a separate billable service. Coverage varies by payer and state — our billing and coding best practices guide sets out what partners have reported. Your billing team makes the call.

Who supports the device and the family?

We do. Families reach Remmie support directly for setup, app, and image-quality help — including step-by-step tutorial videos — so your front desk is not the help line. Devices carry a one-year hardware warranty and we replace a failed unit in the kit.

Start with five scopes and one clinic.
