As part of Remmie’s product evolution, we will sunset our Remmie Dophie Gen 2 hardware and companion software beginning December 31, 2025.
This transition allows us to focus on next-generation connected-care solutions while continuing to meet our legal and ethical obligations to existing customers.
In line with the California Right to Repair Act (SB 244), Remmie will continue to provide customers with essential repair and maintenance resources for qualifying legacy products for the legally required duration.

| January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2028 |
Maintenance-mode support period (minimum 3 years after last manufacturing date). Remmie Pro Apps remain functional as alternative App ; documentation and repair tools stay available. [Jan 01 2026 - Mar 31 2026] Maintenance-mode for Remmie Legacy App. Users will need to download the files form the App as needed. [April 01 2026 - Jun 30 2026] System Decommissidoning for Remmie Legacy App and backend cloud server. Remmie Pro will be the alternative APP for the “Maintenance-mode”. [Jul 01 2026 - Dec 31 2028] “Maintenance-mode” support for the only critical fixes needed for safety, security, or continued basic operation. |

What “Maintenance Mode” Means
After December 31, 2025, the Remmie Legacy Apps will:
