Great for parents

This was easy to set up to use with my phone. It comes with some replacement tips for protecting the camera and some wipes which are needed because my family has some waxy ears. It was nice to be able to check for an ear infection without having to go to the doctor.

Great For Kids & Those Who Are Regularly Sick

This otoscope is really cool and relatively user friendly. It has an app that you can download that allows you view and share pictures and video with an available clinician or to your primary care physician. This can be used for ears, nose, or throat to detect any illness or injury from the comfort of your own home. The picture quality is pretty good for what it is and does offer AI guidance which is pretty cool.

Amazing Camera Quality

This works very well for both kids and adults. The quality of the images is very good and connect to the phones very well. It is prices a bit high but it is a medical device so I can see why. This works very well for ear nose and throat. Overall very pleased.

Do I have access to Remmie Care if I choose the basic plan?

Remmie Care is not included in the Basic plan, but you will enjoy a 30-day free trail of Plus plan that inlcudes Remmie Care service. 
If you enjoy Remmie Care, you can always upgrade your plan in the Remmie App!

What are the difference between Remmie 3 and Remmie Care?

Remmie 3 is a digital otoscope that allows you take high-quality pictures and videos of your ear, nose, and throat symptoms.
Remmie Care is our new service. You can take photos anytime and get health suggestions about your condition from a board-certified doctor.

If I chose my plan but regreted, can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can always upgrad/downgrade your plan in Remmie App.

How does Remmie protect my privacy?

Remmie takes your privacy seriously. We will have measures to protect your information. To know more about our privacy policy, please see privacy policy

Who will be reviewing my images and videos? (certificate concerns)

All of our doctors are fully licensed and have extensive experience in their respective fields. They are carefully selected based on their qualifications and expertise.

How do I get started?

Follow the instructions displayed on the App to power-up and connect Remmie 3. Refer to our Youtube instructional video to get started: https://youtu.be/cdYDuI-qwjU

Connection between your Remmie 3 and mobile device should be automatic, you can view images and live video on your Mobile phone or Tablet device.

Joining a home Wifi as an IoT device is optional and can faciliate video streaming and live share.

How and where are imgeas and videos stored?

When you capture images or video using the photo button on Remmie 3 or on your mobile device or Tablet, these are automatically stored on the device, just like the usual photos you take.

Information is stored in the physical memory “photo gallery” of the phone/tablet that patients use, along with all photos taken with the phone/tablet. For Remmie 3, information of the person using the otoscope is also stored in a HIPAA-compliant cloud accessible by the account owner only.

You can share those images with a Physician using email or by other methods acceptable to your Physician.

Can users of Remmie Health connect with doctors outside the board-certified panel for consultations?

The users can save images and videos, and upload to any doctor of their choice. Users will need to sign up on their own (Remmie doesn’t handle doctor’s service or payment). Please note we sell to distributors of telehealth services or physician / insurance network, where network doctors recommend Remmie to patients along with providing services. Retail device users can connect to their own doctors of choice.
