Remmie Chosen To Present At GeekWire 2020 Summit With Bill Gates
Remmie Health’s CEO Jane Zhang presented on Thursday, October 15, the company’s new telemedicine product, The Remmie monitor, and application at the annual GeekWire Summit taking place virtually October 13-29. Remmie was selected to present its invention during the Inventions We Love session, a brief presentation session between a panel discussion on telehealth, and a fireside chat with Bill Gates.
Jane introduced her first telehealth invention, Remmie, and explained her motivation to initiate her business on the ear-nose-throat telemedicine solution during her presentation. She also mentioned her vision that Remmie will help families with children reduce unnecessary doctor visits and costs. ”We’re driven by a strong mission to empower families to take care of their health to be connected with health care professionals for a close look and instant relief for a reasonable price, and to provide peace of mind you always need,” said Jane in the presentation.
The ninth annual GeekWire Summit takes place entirely virtually this year with fireside chats and panel discussions featuring software pioneer Bill Gates, venture capitalist Emily Melton, Expedia Group CEO Peter Kern, COVID-19 data expert Dr. Vin Gupta, DreamBox Learning CEO Jessie Woolley-Wilson, and many more. Virtual sessions will occur from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (PT) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and only registered attendees will be able to attend
Remmie Health and Jane were featured in a Geekwire’s story in July this year.
